Currently, we only show the language code for any audio/sub track but each language code can correspond to multiple languages. In this case, the two "spa"s are different. One is "Spanish" and the other is "Spanish (Latin America)".
Same goes for "por" which is "Portuguese (Brazil)" here.
The server already knows which is which, so we need to show it better in the UI
