Refresh IntelliJ plugin user-guide screenshots against current plugin UI

Related to #5147. docs/agentic/intellij.md and static/img/agentic/intellij-plugin-*.png exist. #5147 could not regenerate shots because GUI launch is forbidden in this stream.

Audit the existing IntelliJ screenshots against the current plugin UI. Reuse static/img/agentic/ and test-screenshots/ when still accurate. Replace only changed panels. Include human-facing steps. Do not launch a GUI browser or IntelliJ without asking.
