Additional features on seldom state

So I am writing this issue as a basis to what bothers me with seldom atate and as away of making way for a future PR with the aval of seldom in each I hope to fix those issues.

1. The inability of system ordering when it comes to state machines.
2. The lack of handling for enum variants

Why does those issues bother ?

Like, having a state per variant? Is there something you want from enums that you can't get with separate component types?

To be sincere what bothers me the most is just that you cant return different states in trans builder. But I dont blame seldom state for that. Is more of a rust annoyance.

I want to make that possible by returning some type like Either<SomeState, AnotherState>
