Transcoding starts while video file is still copying (network mounts only)

Actually this should be prevented by the awaitWriteFinish option of chokidar; but it seems that is doesn't work on network mounts?

I increased the intervals and updated the file watcher in 711c095; I couldn't reproduce the issue afterwards on mtest1.
@chhoe can you test and release this?

I can still reproduce this issue on mtest1. Increasing the threshold and interval of the watcher doesn't seem to fix it.
