High loading time when loading video hosters in the add-on.

Steps to reproduce

When I press the download button to choose my preferred video hoster, it takes too long to load (and it’s not just a specific episode—it happens with any series I search). In previous versions of Stremio, it didn’t take this long. I only have 2 video hosters enabled and no other video add-ons, just Torrentio. Also, I don’t think it’s an issue with the Torrentio add-on since it hasn’t had any problems. I’m not sure if there’s anything that can be done about it, like optimizing it a bit more, because I have to do this for every episode when selecting my preferred hoster, and it takes too long for the video hosters to show up.

I’m not the developer, but I think this happens because when you press the download button to choose your preferred hoster, it preloads the first item in the list. But I’m not sure why this extension also preloads when selecting a hoster, because in another Torrentio (Torrentio Anime) extension the hoster doesn’t preload that much.
