Site Style

I'm going to have a look at modifying the style of the website so it looks a lot less bootstrappy. What kind of style would you guys like to see? I'm thinking a light style with a darker blue title bar.

A ScotLUG color palette would be cool, redefining Bootstrap variables should be straightforward. Putting the example from https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap-sass#usage into app/assets/stylesheets/application.css.scss works (though it's pretty ugly.)

Also, @import "bootstrap/theme"; makes it a little fancier.
