Add a stopped lifecycle for the zeta #4

Right now the zeta container can be either :

RUNNING
REMOVED

We could add another state, with a longer timeout before complety removing the container.
RUNNING --[timeout: 1min]--> STOPPED --[timeout: 10min]--> REMOVED
