[bug] Splitting Pages is outside the Mode box, yet it changes the Mode to Mixed

if i have several pages selected, or if i say apply to all pages, changes in Splitting Pages will not be set in the background in case the page is changed to Mixed Mode, rather the page is set to mixed.

if that is the intended way of function (i don't think it should) than the split page box should be part of the Mode menu.
