Feature Request: Separate log-level settings for connection and file upload-related logging

Setting 'log-level' to 'standard' gives me no information about why my FTP connection is timed out on every second try, but 'log-level' 'verbose' in turn results in a torrent of log entries relating to file handling.

In an ideal world I'd love to set things up like this:

server: ...
username: ...
...
connection-log-level: verbose
file-handling-log-level: standard
