I did by dumping runtime .so

I am not a reverse engineer and don't fully understand how to do it. Can you please help me with that? The application is https://apkpure.net/yue-ma-xing-kong/com.cma.yuemaxk/download . I want to unpack it, translate it to English, and then repack it.
If you help me with that, it will be great.
