Release ticket for the ## Unreleased entry in CHANGELOG.md:

extensions/transient-rules/ — one-shot window rules: arm

"the next window matching X" with add-rule or the float-next /

workspace-next commands; the entry is consumed by the placement it

causes and never fires twice. The consultation is a primary method on

window-rule-for, because a second :around on identical specializers

replaces rather than composes — see the module README.

Close this issue when the entry is moved into a released version heading, i.e. when this ships in a release.
