We don't want SetFinder should not produce sets for non-set algos

Set finder should only produce sets for MetroMan. Need to update the setfinder template

After taking a look at how setfinder works, I think we just want to change how it's called, not setfinder itself.

I'm copying you on this issue on run-confluence-locally, as I presume (?) you'd just want to change something on the equivalent calls to setfinder in AWS?
