This software and all associated files, images, and resources (hereinafter the "Software") are the exclusive property of Gaëtan Sencie (hereinafter the "Author"). The Software is protected by Belgian and international copyright laws as well as by international conventions.
1. Terms of Use:
The User is authorized to download and use the Software for strictly personal purposes via the authorized distribution platform (Microsoft Store). Any distribution, copying, modification, or commercial use of the Software, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the Author. Personal use explicitly excludes any commercial activity, even if performed free of charge.
2. Redistribution:
The redistribution of the Software, in its original or modified form, is prohibited outside the distribution channels expressly validated by the Author. Any attempt to sell, rent, lease, or transfer the Software to a third party, or any hosting on third-party platforms without the Author's consent, constitutes a copyright infringement.
3. Modifications:
The User is not authorized to modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software, in whole or in part.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty:
The Software is provided "as is", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event shall the Author be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, including incidental, consequential, or special damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the Software. By using the Software, the User acknowledges and agrees that the Software is provided "as is".
5. Duration of Protection:
The Software is protected by copyright for a period of 70 years following the death of the Author, in accordance with Belgian legislation.
6. Disputes:
Any dispute relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts, in accordance with the laws in force in Belgium.

This agreement supersedes any default standard license agreement of the distribution platform and constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Author regarding the use of this version of the Software.

Le présent logiciel et tous les fichiers, images et ressources associés (ci-après le "Logiciel") sont la propriété exclusive de Gaëtan Sencie (ci-après l'"Auteur"). Le Logiciel est protégé par les lois belges et internationales sur le droit d'auteur ainsi que par les conventions internationales.

L’Utilisateur est autorisé à télécharger et utiliser le Logiciel à des fins strictement personnelles via la plateforme de distribution autorisée (Microsoft Store). Toute distribution, copie, modification ou utilisation commerciale du Logiciel, en tout ou en partie, est strictement interdite sans le consentement écrit préalable de l'Auteur. L'utilisation personnelle exclut explicitement toute activité commerciale, même si celle-ci est réalisée à titre gratuit.
2. Redistribution :
La redistribution du Logiciel, sous sa forme originale ou modifiée, est interdite en dehors des canaux de distribution expressément validés par l'Auteur. Toute tentative de vente, location, prêt ou transfert du Logiciel à un tiers, ou tout hébergement sur des plateformes tierces sans l'accord de l'Auteur, constitue une violation du droit d'auteur.
3. Modifications :
L’Utilisateur n’est pas autorisé à modifier, décompiler, désassembler ou effectuer une ingénierie inverse sur le Logiciel, en tout ou en partie.
4. Exclusion de garantie :
Le Logiciel est fourni "en l'état", sans aucune garantie de quelque nature que ce soit, explicite ou implicite, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les garanties de qualité marchande, d'adéquation à un usage particulier ou de non-contrefaçon. L'Auteur ne pourra en aucun cas être tenu responsable des dommages, directs ou indirects, y compris les dommages accessoires, consécutifs ou spéciaux, résultant de l'utilisation ou de l'incapacité à utiliser le Logiciel. En utilisant le Logiciel, l’Utilisateur reconnaît et accepte que le Logiciel est fourni "en l'état".
5. Durée de protection :
Le Logiciel est protégé par le droit d’auteur pour une durée de 70 ans à compter du décès de l’Auteur, conformément à la législation belge.
6. Litiges :
Tout litige relatif au présent accord sera soumis à la compétence exclusive des tribunaux belges compétents, conformément aux lois en vigueur en Belgique.

Le présent accord remplace tout accord de licence standard par défaut de la plateforme de distribution et constitue l'intégralité de l'accord entre l'Utilisateur et l'Auteur concernant l'utilisation de cette version du Logiciel.
