In the paper, the model is trained on a curated dataset of 450 equilibrium conformations of 2HB wireframe DNA origami structures, sourced from ATHENA and processed using SNUPI. However, I could not find the full training dataset in the repository, Zenodo archive, or supplementary materials.
Could you please let me know whether the training dataset is publicly available? If not, would it be possible to share the dataset or provide the scripts/instructions used to generate it from ATHENA and SNUPI?
