Sample directory. Filtering by case classification does not work for some items in the dropdown.

Bug Description

In the sample directory the filter for case classification has a dropdownlist which include
Not yet classified
Probable case
Confirmed case
Confirmed case with no symptoms
Confirmed case with unknown symptoms
Not a case

Filtering with either "Confirmed case with no symptoms" or "Confirmed case with unknown symptoms" should provide the samples for confirmed cases where "Asymptomatic" is checked or "All symptoms set to unknown". This does not work for both options (it works for the rest of the list)

Reproduction Steps

1.Select a case for a disease where, in the symptom tab, Asymptomatic applies (IMI, measles, crypto..)

2. Set the classification to confirmed
3. Create a sample
4. In the sample directory, select case with no symptom: list is empty

5. Similar process with "Confirmed case with unknown symptoms" except that in the symptom tab you'll click on Set cleared to unknown"

Expected Behavior

Confirmed cases with no symptoms (or unknown symptoms) should appear in the directory or the option should be removed from the dropdown

"Confirmed case with no symptoms" and "Confirmed case with unknown symptoms" are germany specific.

The fact that they show up in the sample directory is an oversight.

I discussed with Karnaiah that we will hide these two options for all locales other than Germany for now.
