Re-runs the analysis released with arXiv:2604.27092 unmodified, reproducing
the released benchmark accuracies to within 5e-4, then changes one documented
assumption at a time. Reports that both experiments carrying the paper's
computational conclusion are scored under sample-level splits placing
repeated measurements of the same physical pair in training and test, and
that under pair-respecting evaluation, an exact permutation null, a self-pair
ablation and a mirror-pair grouping, the released evaluations do not
distinguish a relation-specific signal from pair identity together with
structural cues in the label design.
