MacOS run error: "Failed to list python packages"

Hi,

Thank you for releasing this tool!
I was hoping you could help us understand where the error message 'Failed to list python packages' is coming from when running the desktop MacOS version of the BrewerIX tool?
We have tried reinstalling the software etc. to no avail and were wondering whether you know what we might be able to change to get the analysis to run?
