[Official_100DOS_Mythic_by_100DOS] ONI image will not render in live server version

The following image:

will not render correctly in game. It is the only image which experiences this problem and opening the source used in the code directly opens the image as expected. My first guess would be an issue with the fetch from imgsrv however I am not knowledgeable enough to trouble shoot this problem.
