Adding a pub/sub example in the set of functions

I am not particularly sure how to implement the Firebase PubSub functions.

My understanding so far and approach is to use the https API to receive PUB functions and then use the event triggers to setup a topic SUB and trigger actions.

But would be great if you can add an example of PubSub to this repo.
