Hum, I retry my code, all thing seems successfully. Have you ever check your mfa install correctly? MFA didn't run succssfully may generate this error
FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: ./outputs/audio2pose/custom/1111_154944_hf/tmp.TextGrid.
I think you can see the result of

result = subprocess.run(command, capture_output=True, text=True)

to see whether this command run successfully or not.

Thanks for pointing out. Indeed we install mfa incorrectly. After correctly re-install mfa, everything is good. You should have some warning in the readme or add try-catch code at that line

Good suggestion, in factual we have provided install_mfa script in the readme but it seems like can't catch attention. I will emphasize it and add try-catch code later.

Thanks for your prompt reply! I was using that script and follow everything else exactly. Only difference I can think of is I am using micromamba instead of conda for env management.

I personally don't know much about micromamba, but I recommend using conda because installing mfa can be a bit complicated.
