Blue Connect Gold: Failed to fetch device UI config data: 500

Error: Failed to fetch device UI config data: 500
Source: coordinator.py:953

Symptoms:

• Water temperature shows 404.2°C (incorrect)
• Free Chlorine, ORP, pH, Salinity = unavailable
• Device is detected and connected (1 Device found)
• No error in Error Information field

The Blue Connect Gold uses the Fluidra Pool app (not the old
Blueriiot app). UI config endpoint returns HTTP 500.
