Joe is hoping for a compact two page layout per below. I don't have all the content fully baked (there is a new "statistics block") but most of it is ready.

• Keep the existing Riverscapes blue, green, typography, icons, and footer identity.
• Do not introduce a new dashboard or infographic design system.
• Match the PDF and main html report page as best you can.
