We currently have overlapping metadata export logic in PBR Explorer and Data Mart.
Refactor to one shared utility.
Possibly with configurable output profile (compact vs full) and unit source (source vs export units).
Keep backward compatibility for Data Mart output or document any schema change.
Any report that has a raw data export could use this.
