No Data in FIS outputs?

Good morning,

I am using your software in my master thesis but I have some troubles. While doing the geomorphic change detection analysis, I get "no data" in many areas of my selection. I am working with a given FIS. I have information regarding point density and slope, however the computation does not result complete. I have this problem only with these 2 DEMs (2010 and 2017), instead the DoD 2005-2017 was fine.

What am I doing wrong? How can I solve the problem?

Dear Francesca,
I'm not sure what version of GCD you are using, but please make sure to upgrade to latest first. From what you've described and what your screenshot shows, I suspect that one or more of the following is taking place:

• Range of data on inputs (either slope or point density it sounds like) is outside range in *.fis file specified, therefore it produces a noData value for error raster for that surface, which effectively excludes it from the analysis in subsequent DoD.
• There are noData values in one of your two DEMs for that area.

To fix, please verify the range on your inputs and compare with the FIS.

If you want to record a video or package up your inputs and share them, we could trouble shoot this further for you.
