Currently, layers in RME projects pull in the full metric views (vw_dgo_metrics or vw_igo_metrics), whereas layers in the IGO scrape (IGOs) projects pull in the thematic table views (eg vw_beaver_metrics).
Let's make them consistent, where the individual layers pull from the thematic views.
But then let's also add a new node that is 'All Metrics' that pulls in the full table (this can just use the igo/dgo symbology that's the same as the input).
This is so that users can either look at specific thematic layers without having to deal with the cumbersome, huge full attribute table OR bring in the full dataset so they can do the screening and filtering exercises we teach people to use for prioritization.
