Web:

• - Fix the breaks on the relative likelihood of being valley bottom raster (the top two are both 0.99 right now)
• - Same HAND issue as reported in web TauDEM issues
• - Channel network (flowlines) input not displaying

ArcPro:

• Labels missing
• Stream Name Label
• Level Path Label

All:

• - Stream name should be above Flow Type DGOs in Stream Names view
• - Level path label should be above Flow Type DGOs in level paths label view

VBET Likelihood top two classes are 0.99 and 0.995. I think that the web legend is only displaying to the hundredths place, because the class breaks look correct in the .txt file. However, cells that should be displayed blue because they fall into the 0.995 class are displaying like they're in the 0.99 class. There seems to be lots of issues relating to class breaks for web rasters not displaying as intended.

Channel Area input was fixed in PR #1003

Layers are in the correct order in the Business Logic for Stream Names and Level Path Labels views, it's something with the web viewer that is adding them out of order (QGIS shows the correct layer order). One thought is that the Flow Type DGOs are in Intermediates and the labels layers are in Inputs. Maybe that is causing the DGOs to be displayed on top of the labels?
