It's possible to create an analysis without a DEM. But when you come back to edit it's properties, the DEM dropdown is locked. Can we let the DEM dropdown be editable if it is empty?
Technically it should be possible because no metrics that depend on elevation should already be calculated (given there wasn't a DEM already...)
Once the user picks a DEM we should pop up a warning that this choice is permanent and cannot be changed later.
