Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have limited connectivity and time—whether I'm traveling or dealing with a poor internet connection in a rural area—

and since the documentation lists only a single update command:

Update: ir upgrade — Upgrade all installed tools to their latest releases.

...I find myself in a dilemma: I want to use the latest features in the Inkscape AppImage, but I don't want to update every single installed application.

Adding the package name parameter to the existing upgrade command.

Currently we do not have option to upgrade a single package, but ya good to have this

Please update to latest version 8.4 and let me know if it works i will close this issue
