Download fails if there are multiple binary files

Describe the bug
When downloading a tar.gz with multiple binaries, of which some are not relevant, ir will throw an error.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1.ir get https://github.com/amir1376/ab-download-manager/

Expected behavior
Either,

1. ir gives the user the choice which binary to install,
2. or the user can define via a flag like --binary which one to install

ir get https://github.com/amir1376/ab-download-manager --pkg works, but installs an older version, because ab-download-manager doesn't publish .deb files anymore.

I use version 0.6.6

Would be an awesome addition in general, if the user could choose which binary to install :D

For example for abd, i just need the ABDownloadManager, the other binaries are from libs that I don't need

Also just wanted to quickly comment that I love install-release, this is exactly what I was looking for for so long 😁
I never found a satisfactory obtainium-like tool, that could manage and update .deb files and .tar.gz files from git repos.

It might be better to raise issue in that repo to add support for deb / rpm package again as in case of multi-binary there are chances of binary depended on external non binary files with might get skipped during installation (we cannot know how to install things in that case) This tool was build to have a most common and simple way to handle installing tools from github and gitlab with simplicity, so this case will make things complex and not possible in many-cases(AI will be overkill)

I wonder if there is a happy medium here? AIUI, the problem is that when you examine the tarball, if there are multiple files it's not clear which ones need to be installed, which can be added to the path, etc.

To my eyes, amir1376/ABDownloadHelper (and repos like it) are the problem, but repos like chipsalliance/verible could work. What I'm thinking is that if the tarball contains directories, install-release should bail out (possibly leaving the tarball in /tmp for the user to manually deal with). But if the tarball is flat, then install-release unpacks all of the files (with a "gold-plated" solution of offering a dialog where the user can choose which binaries to install).

Test cases:

• amir1376/ABDownloadHelper - the tarball is detected as "complex" (more than one directory in the tarball) and we abort
• chipsalliance/verible - a directory is detected, but all files exist in the same directory. The directory is stripped.
• google/go-containerregistry - multiple binaries are detected at the top level. All are installed.
