I am requesting a status update or escalation for my production API key application.

Application details:

• Status: Pending review
• Pending time: approximately 2+ months
• First follow-up: more than 1 month ago
• Latest follow-up: 19 days ago
• Result: no response yet

Product summary:
The app lets users search for a summoner by Riot ID/name and tag, fetch recent match information, view basic match details such as KDA, gold, minions and champion played, and then select a champion skin to generate and set a League-themed lock screen wallpaper.

• match pagination;

Compliance summary:

• The app does not include betting, gambling, scripting, automation, hidden-player analysis, or unfair competitive-advantage features.
• The app does not sell Riot API data.
• The app is intended to comply with Riot API policies.
• I am not trying to operate the app publicly with a development key.
• I am willing to make any required changes if something is missing or non-compliant.

Could someone please confirm whether application 815719 is still under review, blocked by missing information, rejected, or requiring changes from my side?

Current wait time is 3-8 months

If it says pending review then its in the queue and the 1 guy working on the API will get to it eventually

Thanks for clarifying! I understand the current practical wait time may be much longer than the public support article suggests. Since the application is still marked as Pending Review, I’ll avoid opening duplicate tickets.
