Before FIFA 14, stadiums files were handled differently. Both model and textured were packed to one .rx3 file named stadium_container_(id)_(weather).rx3
So considering that this is still in development, ask to handle this, because older Importer/Exporter plug-ins weren't able to texture such models at all.
