Automate the addition of issues to GitHub Projects

Currently, all issues created have to be added into a github project manually, which is a pain and is easy to forget.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be sick if we could automate the addition of issues from some repositories which are primarily connected to one project. For example, making it so that all issues in rdv_pipeline are added to the Autonomous Systems project, and all issues in revolve_analyze are added to the Software Development project.
