Pitch

The ability to site-wide block a keyword from appearing in anyone's inboxes.

Motivation

If there is a large scale spam campaign (and pretty much for only that use case) there should be the ability to only block a keyword/phrase once, and not potentially having to anonymous block several identifiers over a span of time.
