Improve Seed Data

Pitch

• We need to do a spike and create each possible type of dummy record for database tables
• This issue can be improved by the maintainers because they would have a better idea of the variety of data which would be sufficient to do something with the application.
• Some example seeds can be:
  • Create every type of user i.e. moderator, administrator users, etc
  • Create a few questions by different users

Motivation

• Currently, it's hard to work on the actual issue because we don't have sufficient data to work with.
• Adding a variety of seeds would be helpful for new contributors to start working on the actual issue at hand.
