When the channel opens, at present, it waits 5 seconds before automatically launching the game, unless it is interrupted. When interrupted, the settings page is loaded. Make it configurable.

- ’Silent launch’ - launch the game with no output. Useful if the settings are never entered and optimised for launch speed.
