Fields don't rearrange correctly

Here is a group of fields in order at the top of my instrument. These fields include "SRS total raw score." They are followed by many new fields

Towards the bottom, among the new fields, is a field I want to move towards the top, "CELF criterion met? (ages 5-12 only)"

I can move this field up into place

But it is replaced by one of the fields from the top of the instrument, "SRS total raw score."
