Add an option to disable renames

Right now, if you click on an app's name, it will enter rename/edit mode. It would be nice to have an option to block that and make the click open the app instead, to prevent accidental unwanted behaviors.

I have recorded this feedback. Whether it will be implemented specifically may still depend on our development plan.
