Launching applications won't work

Hey! I don't know where to begin with this, but whenever I try to launch P3R with mods (if it helps to clarify, femc mod + dependencies), it just loads for a second before the program becomes unresponsive and all I can do is shut it down. At first, I thought it was a matter of dependency loops, though even after I settled the issues with Ryo Reloaded , the same problem kept occurring. Reloaded 2 files are stored locally, and I think I've wiped and redownloaded everything a dozen times, but nothing seems to help. Before this, it worked like a charm

As a sanity thing, you can download Ryo with r2:https://github.com/RyoTune/Ryo/releases/download/2.11.5/Ryo.Reloaded2.11.5.7z.

Thanks for getting back so fast! Yeah, I did as you said, downloaded Ryo using your link but the same thing happened

Just locks up? Without a console/log window or anything?
What if you use Edit Application -> Deploy ASI Loader then load via Steam?

Yeah, no log window, reloaded 2 just becomes unresponsive and I'm hit with that pop-up I attached to my first message. I tried your suggestion again, but loading via Steam also does nothing, the game won't launch, so I don't know if this is an issue on my end

Unmodded or modded.
Was the game running before via Steam?

You can undo ASI Loader deploy by just deleting most recent DLL file in game folder, usually winmm.dll or dinput8.dll

Okay! So launching via Steam with the ASI loader on, modded, doesn't work. Somehow, P3R session is active in task manager even with ASI loader, but the game itself just doesn't show up. After I deleted the DLL file and loaded with Steam, unmodded, the game launched just fine

So the whole thing locks up... before it reaches main C# loader, hmm...

Out of curiosity, try reintalling the runtime

If that doesn't do it, try a crash dump.

OHH my god, now that did it, the game finally launched with mods and all, I never even considered the runtime could be the issue. Thank you lots, you're amazing

It's pretty odd- because you need the same runtime for the launcher in the first place. I was thinking it was probably either a buggy version, or a bad install from earlier.
