Confirm artwork media publication and preservation rights

This public repository includes artwork code, point-cloud media, and installation documentation associated with Clement Valla. Technical custody does not establish publication or redistribution rights.

Human authorship and rights work:

• identify the owner and permitted uses for each artwork media group
• confirm whether public GitHub distribution is authorized
• distinguish operational preservation copies from public-release material
• record required attribution, license, access restrictions, and takedown contact
• move or restrict material only through a reviewed, source-preserving plan

Acceptance criteria:

• a dated rights and provenance record covers the public media inventory
• README and LICENSE accurately describe code versus artwork permissions
• no source material is deleted solely because its status is uncertain.
