chimera-template-pack + hyperevm-safety: reusable Chimera template for EVM boundary invariants #17

Description

@michael-moffett

Hi,

We built two things using Chimera and wanted to loop you in:

chimera-template-pack. A Foundry + Chimera CI scaffold with a CryticToFoundry harness, a campaign / smoke job split, and a placeholder Setup.sol for plugging in target contracts and mocks. The idea is a fork-and-adapt starting point for any EVM project adding a Chimera-based property-test campaign. Apache-2.0.

hyperevm-safety. First production use of the template, targeting the HyperCore↔HyperEVM precompile interface. Six invariant bundles + a clean/planted CI twin for the JELLY (Mar 2025) oracle incident. Foundry + Chimera, Apache-2.0, CI-green (run 27379686747).

If it'd be useful to link either from Chimera's README as a community example, or if there are structural changes to the template that would make it a better Chimera starting point, I'm happy to iterate. Also happy to leave it as a standalone example if that's more appropriate for where the project is right now.
