Status check on this thread, since it has been running a while and people deserve to know their files went in.

They did. Polish from @sukowskidaniel-bit, Danish from @DJWestDK and German from @Drehverschluss are all merged and shipping. I checked the files rather than the thread: the Polish and German event strings are live in the mod today.

Where it stands now is that the mod grew past them. The English file is at 260 strings, the language files carry 224, and of those 224 there are still 139 reading [EN] in Polish and Danish and 122 in German. So this is not a stalled contribution, it is a second round. Anyone who wants to pick their language back up is very welcome, same format as the first post.

@Drehverschluss, on your question, and sorry it sat unanswered. Yes, translate the crop names. The base game localises fill type and fruit names itself, so leaving WHEAT in English inside a German string is the odd one out on screen. Mungbean is Mungbohne, it is a real crop, a small green pulse grown mostly in Asia and Australia, and it arrived in the game with one of the crop packs.
