Sync option just not appearing

Hi, I downloaded the tracker but this is as far as I get:

Defender or firewall didn't seem to be obstructing the tracker but I added exemptiosn for it anyway. I checked the log path just in case but this message just pops up:

And the tracker is in some way able to detect that SNAP is running, because when I close the game the homescreen changes to this:

I just never get my SNAP ID or the option to sync. Any help with this would be really appreciated.
