So I'm getting the 'You're not my player! You can't tell me what to do!' response anytime I try to use most of the admin features

you must have administrator privilege on the discord server you're attempting to issue admin commands in.

upon further information. it appears the bot doesn't respond to the severer owner as having administrator i will add a check for server owner
