Enchanting table upgrade bug

The cost for upgrading "Convert Materials" section of Enchanting table resets when the Enchanting table is destroyed; however, it appears the level of the "Convert Materials" does not.

Steps to recreate

1. Place enchanting table on fresh server
2. Click "Upgrade Table" section
3. Select "Convert materials"
4. Pay upgrade cost for level
5. Observe notification "Convert materials upgraded to level [1]"
6. Destroy enchanting table with hammer
7. Rebuild enchanting table with hammer
8. Navigate to "Upgrade table" section, "Convert Materials" section
9. Observe "Convert materials" upgrade cost is same as before "20 wood, 4 bones, 10 resin"
10. Click "Upgrade"
11. Observe notification "Convert materials upgraded to level [2]"

It's unclear if the problem is just the notification or the table level not resetting on destroy.
