Bot issue

I am hosting the server in a special environment on a work server, here is docker log from bot:

Since im using a direct IP to access it (ipv4), it might be failing due to it tryng to use localhost instead. anywhere i can hardcode the ipv4 so it tries to use http://iphere:8000/apiblablabla?
