Fix test compile: add trailing copyFrom arg to TableInitParams

The vgi Java SDK TableInitParams record gained a trailing
CopyFromContext copyFrom component (arity now 22). TestSupport built
the record positionally and was one arg short, breaking :compileTestJava.
