Show full account in notifications and upgrade smart DCA partial-cash behavior.

Pin us-equity-strategies to 642ccab so smart DCA invests available cash instead of skipping, display full Firstrade account IDs in user-facing messages, and sync tests with cash-only equity execution changes.
