Include additional details in the SLC visualization

The old plotting method used in Eddins et al. included additional information which would be nice to include in our visualization methods, too:

• the boundary when switching from forward to backward bounds (white line)
• the conventional lightcone (yellow line)
• the use of the looser triangle inequality (diagonally slashed pixel)
