quimb has dropped support for Python 3.10 by requiring a recent version of scipy that does not have binary distribution for Python 3.10 in jcmgray/quimb@e79b141.
If we were to bump the minimum required version of quimb, we would have to drop support for Python 3.10 as well, even though it is supported by python.org until next fall (until October 31, 2026).
