Subject: [PATCH] ci: stop validating feature/pq-transport by name

755e02adc1 added feature/pq-transport to the branch lists of Full
Validation, Core Checks and the Required Merge Gate, so pull requests
into it got the same validation as 1.x.x while it collected the #184
work. The branch now merges into 1.x.x; remove the entries, leaving the
three branch lists as they are on 1.x.x.
